That's very unsafe. You should only give staff positions to people you trust completely, and not to just anybody who asks. I did that once with some very bad results. Now that I only give positions to those that I have known a while and that I am sure will do the jobs that I ask them to do. I have 3 staff besides myself. Having a lot of staff for a forum that does not have like 1000 members is not good.

I agree, I'd rather have less staff with more powers than alort with no power. Then what's the point of even having staff if they can't do anything? Yeah, my advice to everyone would be just choose a few good staff which you trust and give them enough powers and leave it at that.
