Hello.

I like the banner on the forum. It's a good size and doesn't stretch the page. The colors on the skin is good too and the boards are neatly organized and you don't have too many cluttering up the main page. And all your boards have topics in them so activity looks good even if nobody has been on in the last 24 hours.

I've done my best to try and keep it organized and not cluttered. Wanted it to be easy to view and see your way through the forum without huge walls of text and clutter.

Our community has been slowly growing and our active posters has been rising, but it is still kind of the norm to not see many registered members online. It is nice to have consistent guest counts and I am happy and thankful for that, and the continued member growth. It's nice to see people lurking and browsing as a guest for now but I am looking forward to a more active community at some point. Much work to do still but we have made good progress.

Hello, here is my feedback.

-I think you should go with a forum banner which is one image only which fits the theme of your forum. For example you can show a monk praying in your banner. This allows a person to look at the image appreciate it and pay more attention to the content of your forum. I think the collage of so many images might confuse people and they may not find it very appealing. To support my point, the images in your banner are repeating twice which leads to visual overload.
- I also think that if you go with a one image banner it should be a medium sized one. I for example on my forum use a banner with 1425 (width, forum width is 75 per cent) and 300 (height).
- The forum banner text should be on the left side of the banner, not center as everything else on your forum is left aligned. The mismatch does not make a good flow between the banner and forum content. This is a minor thing though so it is up to you if you want to do it.
-I think the forum background should be pure black (A different shade of black so that the content background does not merge with the forum background). I do not think using an image is a good idea because I cannot see 80 per cent of the image when I am scrolling on the forum.
-I think you should remove the colours on the forum category bar as it looks odd. It will look better if you use one colour instead of using two. This is another minor point.
-I did some searching and I was unable to find the forum rules. Maybe you can make it more accessible?
-This is my personal opinion but I do not like the green text that is present on the forum. I think you should go with a different colour. Maybe a colour that syncs with the banner you will use.

Everything else looks good to me.

Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate it. I really do need to redo my banner, it's been something I have been wanting to do for a while now. Everything else you brought up are valid points and I think would help with the look and feel of the forum. A new banner would probably help the most, just need to figure out how to approach the design =] Thanks again!

edit: I added some new basic backgrounds, disabled category color, and installed a temporary banner until I can find something that fits nicer. I think these changes look a bit nicer and sleeker, and am open to feedback about those
