Plugin Error Code

I added the Name Icon to my board. After I pick which icon I want I click save and this error pops up.

Invalid request token / possible request forgery (error 3). If you received this message in error, please go back, refresh, and try again.

Also, this text [TI10] pops up in the box for my most recent status on my profile.

The error probably has nothing to do with the plugin itself and is a coincidental occurrence. Token errors appear when your saved login cookie is corrupted in some fashion (common if you have multiple tabs open and/or switch between different accounts on the same forum).

The easiest ways to fix this are as follows:
- A hard refresh (CTRL + F5 on Windows, CMD + F5 on Mac)
- Clearing your browser cache
- Clearing your browser cookies (note that this will log you out of all sites)

Try that, and see where you get as far as the error goes.

Regarding the [TI10] in your profile status:

Updating your user status on the profile page should get rid of any additional placeholders that were inadvertently added.

This error was fixed in a previous version, but please try version 1.1.2.

This version has a couple of extra options and has been generally cleaned up.
