Well...let's see. I just joined Proboards about a month ago...but haven't really posted much as I've been setting up my own board.
But anyway:
I just turned 28 in February and am a female of Vietnamese and French descent from the great state of Texas. I was born and raised here. YEE-HAW!!! Though I don't have a country-fied bone in my body. And I am trilingual speaking Vietnamese, French, and of course English.
I love animals and have quite a few of them. My 'babies' - 2 dogs (Penny, a Staffordshire Terrier, and Dean, an old family chocolate red-nosed pit bull), 3 cats (Sergeant Pepper, a Maine Coon, Bender and Bosko (domestic short-hairs from the same litter), and 2 parakeets (Chipper, the male, and Lovey, the female). Obviously, I have an affinity for animals.
For work, I am a "Vampire". We in the medical field call it hematology and phlebotomy (the people who stick you with needles, steal your blood, then tests it).
I'm an avid writer and have been writing for a while now, since I was in elementary school when I first learned about poetry. It's been a passion ever since, along with many other creative endeavors. I also draw, paint, sing, and love anything to do with music (I play the guitar, bass guitar, drums, and piano - though I don't play any of those particularly well). And since I've been writing, I've had a few of my works published in local magazines, but nothing too major yet.
I'm an Aquarius and I do fit my astrological sign almost perfectly. So if anyone is curious as to my personality, look up Aquarius and that's me in a nut-shell.
