It seems I crashed the boards on my first day.....

Hello, I run a blog called One Million Connections.

The Idea was formed after the purchase of a CD"The Best of the Police" I had listened to the song "Message in a bottle"

I thought to myself "Wouldn't it be interesting to send a message out to the world and get a hundred million bottles washed upon my shore."

Well a hundred million connections would be a little ambitious so I thought a million connections would be quite an achievement so set up the blog and got connecting with people around the world. I am just shy of a thousand connections at present.

So in pursuit of my goal I thought of setting up a proboards to sit along side the blog and be a place where folks could chat amungst themselves and advertise their own blogs as well as other blogs they had come across. ( I know not an original idea) but it would run nicely alongside my blog.

Anyways it seem only an hour into my proboards being set up. I have too many connection and the servers are down.

So I apologies if I have brought chaos to your boards

I hope to make many happy connections.

Well I am pleased to say it has all been working well so far. I could do with getting rid of the report message button from my site. As someone used it to mail me rather than just mail me. So everytime I archive it, it disappears but the little message still stays on the main home page.

It is very quiet here considering you have 157,000 members. I guess not all at once...
