It's probably the forum's way of telling me to slow down with the plug ins lol.

Unfortunately, no. At least not as far as I know. The error was being created when you used the extra smilies you add to the forum as you personal smilies, why, I don't know, but the only way of correcting it that I could see was within the BBCode side, so I had to make it switch so I could make the changes.

I have no idea why that should happen only to you. Try waiting a while and download it again. then see if the new download will install.
