Admin access loss

i didnt logggged years ago, but now i logged, and system asked to create new user name account, but the new account is not admin. i cant edit my forum linked to my global account.

You will need to login with the username 'admin' or with the email address used to create the forum.

Do not post it here, but can you remember what the password is, and if you don't, do you still have access to the email address you used to create the forum?

yeah , im logging with the email i used to create forum . {email address removed for privacy} but the admin user doesnt exist anymore. on my global account. prnt.sc/pzT0r7yQPsaH as you can see in the picture. im logged as Admin. in global account. but in forum i don thave admin anymore...

For your safety, please remove your email address from your post. It sounds like the admin account may be associated with another email address. If you do a forgot password request for the admin account, do you receive anything at that email address?
